Azure API Management update August 3

Services
The latest update to Azure API Management includes these changes:
**Multiple certificate authentication policies within the same scope**
A certificate authentication policy helps create a mutually authenticated connection between the API Management gateway and the back-end service. You can now use multiple policies, for example, in a conditional flow policy.
**Subscriptions pane in the Azure portal**
You can now view and manage all subscriptions, including pending subscriptions, in a single location in the Azure portal.
**New OpenAPI editor**
The OpenAPI editor now uses the [Monaco](https://microsoft.github.io/monaco-editor/) editor. The Monaco editor meets accessibility requirements, uses screen space more efficiently, and supports JSON and YAML formats.
The service update began on August 3, 2018\. We upgrade service instances in batches. It usually takes about a week for the update to reach every active service instance.
