Azure Stack security – drift detection

| New and updated features are being developed to help Azure Stack operators determine whether their Azure Stack integrated system has been tampered with, enhancing [the Azure Stack security posture](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-stack/azure-stack-security-foundations). Additionally, they will be able to remediate if configuration has drifted.
