Starting today, [Amazon RDS for SQL Server](/rds/sqlserver/) now supports SQL Server Audit! SQL Server Audit lets you create server audits, which can contain server audit specifications for server level events, and database audit specifications for database level events.
You can now directly access the audits on the database instance and automatically send the audit log files directly to [Amazon S3](/s3/). To learn more about how to setup and configure SQL Server Audit please visit the [Amazon RDS User Guide](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/Appendix.SQLServer.Options.Audit.html) for more details.
[Amazon RDS](/rds/) makes it easy to set up, operate, and scale database deployments in the cloud. Please refer to [Amazon RDS Pricing](/rds/pricing/) for pricing and regional availability.
