[Amazon RDS for MariaDB](/rds/mariadb/) has been updated to support [release 10.3.20](https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb-10320-release-notes/) of the MariaDB database. This release includes a number of bug fixes as well as functionality improvements.
To use the new version, you can create a new Amazon RDS database instance with just a few clicks in the [Amazon RDS Management Console](https://console.aws.amazon.com/rds/home), or modify an existing instance using a point-and-click upgrade. See the [documentation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/CHAP%5FMariaDB.html) for more information about MariaDB versions and upgrade procedures.
Amazon RDS for MariaDB makes it easy to set up, operate, and scale MariaDB deployments in the cloud. See [Amazon RDS for MariaDB Pricing for regional availability](/rds/mariadb/pricing/).
