AWS customers want a secure, stable, and high-performance execution environment to develop and run cloud and enterprise applications. With Amazon Linux 2, AWS customers get an application environment that offers long term support with access to the latest innovations in the Linux ecosystem.
Today, we announced the Amazon Linux 2 Ready Program, part of the [AWS Service Ready Program](/partners/service-ready/). Amazon Linux 2 Ready Partners run quality assurance and security tests on their software, and provide support for their products on Amazon Linux 2\. Through the Program, AWS customers can find their preferred Partner applications and take full advantage of an enterprise-grade Linux server operating system offered by Amazon Linux 2.
