AWS CloudHSM is now available in the Africa (Cape Town) and Europe (Milan) regions.
CloudHSM provides fully managed hardware security module (HSM) instances in the AWS Cloud. With CloudHSM, you can manage and use your own encryption keys using FIPS 140-2 Level 3 validated HSMs. Applications can be built using using industry-standard APIs, such as PKCS#11, Java Cryptography Extensions (JCE) and Windows Cryptography API: Next Generation (CNG).
With this launch, AWS CloudHSM is now available in the US East (N. Virginia), US East (Ohio), US West (N. California), US West (Oregon), Africa (Cape Town), Asia Pacific (Hong Kong), Asia Pacific (Mumbai), Asia Pacific (Seoul), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Canada (Central), EU (Frankfurt), EU (Ireland), EU (London), EU (Milan), EU (Paris), EU (Stockholm), Middle East (Bahrain), South America (Sao Paolo), the AWS GovCloud (US-East) and the AWS GovCloud (US-West) Regions.
