We are pleased to announce the launch of six free new digital courses to help developers quickly ramp up contact centers using [Amazon Connect](/connect/). These advanced on-demand courses are designed for developers and technical professionals at customer and AWS Partner Network (APN) Partner organizations who work with contact center technologies.
Each 45-minute course covers advanced topics including best practices, metrics, integration with Amazon Lex, holiday and emergency routing, and more. We recommend customers complete [Amazon Connect Primer](https://www.aws.training/Details/eLearning?id=49257), and partners complete [Amazon Connect (Technical)](https://partnercentral.awspartner.com/LmsSsoRedirect?RelayState=%2flearningobject%2fwbc%3fid%3d45491), prior to enrolling in these courses.
