Amazon Kendra now supports custom tags for FAQs

Services
[Amazon Kendra](/kendra/) is a highly accurate and easy to use enterprise search service powered by machine learning. Starting today, Amazon Kendra customers can use custom tags to target specific FAQs, based on the search context.
For example, marketing FAQs can be uploaded with a “marketing” tag to ensure Kendra targets marketing related FAQs, and excludes unrelated content to generate more accurate answers. To use custom tags at time of search, customers can leverage Amazon Kendra’s existing filtering capabilities, which will now apply to both documents and FAQs.
Support for custom tags in FAQs is available in all [AWS regions](/about-aws/global-infrastructure/regional-product-services/) where Amazon Kendra is available. To get started with custom tags, see the [FAQ management user guide](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/kendra/latest/dg/in-creating-faq.html). To learn more about Kendra, visit the [Amazon Kendra](/kendra/) website.
