[AWS IoT Device Tester for FreeRTOS](/freertos/device-tester/) now supports [FreeRTOS 202012.00](/freertos/) release which can be used to validate and qualify development boards using the latest FreeRTOS. The updated AWS IoT Device Tester for FreeRTOS also supports qualification of development boards with cellular connectivity modules. [AWS IoT Device Tester for AWS IoT Greengrass](/greengrass/device-tester/) now supports [AWS IoT Greengrass 2.0](/greengrass/) which can be used to qualify devices running AWS IoT Greengrass 2.0.
Both [AWS IoT Device Tester for FreeRTOS](/freertos/device-tester/) and [AWS IoT Device Tester for AWS IoT Greengrass](/greengrass/device-tester/) also provide a new capability to add and execute your custom test cases. You can now author custom test cases and execute them using AWS IoT Device Testers. AWS IoT Device Tester will take care of the test setup, test execution, scheduling, and reporting.
