[Amazon Lex](/lex/) now supports [AWS CloudFormation](/cloudformation/), allowing you to create bots and organize Amazon Lex resources using CloudFormation stack templates. Amazon Lex is a service for building conversational interfaces into any application using voice and text. With CloudFormation support, you can easily model resources on Lex V2 APIs - namely Bot, BotVersion, BotAlias, and ResourcePolicy - to provision resources quickly and consistently, and manage them through their lifecycles.
AWS CloudFormation support for Amazon Lex is available in the following AWS Regions: US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Africa (Cape Town), Asia Pacific (Seoul), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Canada (Central), Europe (Frankfurt), Europe (Ireland), and Europe (London). To get started with CloudFormation for Amazon Lex, see the [CloudFormation user guide](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/AWS%5FLex.html). For more information on Amazon Lex, visit [Amazon Lex V2 documentation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lexv2/latest/dg/what-is.html).
