You can now use AWS PrivateLink to privately access AWS App Mesh APIs from your Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) without exposing your data through public internet. Creating VPC Endpoints incurs charges. See the AWS PrivateLink [pricing](https://aws.amazon.com/privatelink/pricing/) page for more information.
AWS App Mesh is a service mesh that provides application-level networking to make it easier for your services to communicate with each other across multiple types of compute infrastructure. AWS App Mesh standardizes how your services communicate, giving you end-to-end visibility and options to tune for high-availability of your applications.
For more information, please visit the AWS App Mesh [product page](https://aws.amazon.com/app-mesh/) and [documentation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/app-mesh/index.html).
