Container Registry is deprecated and is superseded by Artifact Registry

## Deprecate Container Registry is [deprecated](https://cloud.google.com/container-registry/docs/deprecations/container-registry-deprecation) and is superseded by [Artifact Registry](https://cloud.google.com/artifact-registry/docs/overview). After May 15, 2024\. Google Cloud projects without previous Container Registry usage will only host images for the `gcr.io` domain in Artifact Registry.
