Cloud Monitoring for Storage Transfer Service is now Generally Available (GA)

## Feature Cloud Monitoring for Storage Transfer Service is now Generally Available ([GA](https://cloud.google.com/products/#product-launch-stages)). This integration allows you to monitor the number of objects and data being transferred and to compute transfer speeds. This GA launch also adds monitoring of errors and error codes.
