Introducing Analytics on Amazon Lex

Services
[Amazon Lex](https://aws.amazon.com/lex/) is a service for building conversational interfaces into any application, using voice and text. With Amazon Lex, you can quickly and easily build sophisticated natural language conversational bots (“chatbots”), virtual agents, and interactive voice response (IVR) systems. We are excited to announce the general availability of Analytics on Amazon Lex. Analytics gives access to rich insights and prebuilt dashboards related to Lex conversations, intents, slots, and utterances.
Analytics on Lex empower developers with data-driven insights to improve the performance of their bots. The overview dashboard provides a single snapshot of key metrics such as the total number of conversations and intent recognition rates. You can drill-down from this overview to see more granular metrics. For example, the intent performance page helps you identify where conversations are succeeding and failing. Conversational flow visualizations show you how users navigate across intents. You can also view individual user conversations to make qualitative assessments of specific conversations. Analytics gives you access to the insights and reports needed to iterate and improve your bot performance, which can result in a better customer experience.
Analytics is available in all AWS regions where Lex V2 operates. To learn more, visit the [Amazon Lex documentation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lexv2/latest/dg/analytics.html).
