AWS Enterprise On-Ramp is now generally available in the AWS GovCloud (US-East and US-West) Regions. AWS customers and AWS Partners who operate in the AWS GovCloud (US) Regions can now access an expanded support portfolio including Enterprise On-Ramp, enabling faster cloud adoption, accelerated application migration, and greater cost efficiencies.
Enterprise On-Ramp is the newest support plan providing customers an intermediate level of support with more proactive benefits than AWS Business Support, but at a lower cost than the AWS Enterprise Support offering. Enterprise On-Ramp includes 24/7 access to Support Engineers with 30 minute case response time for high severity issues. In addition to all the services offered with AWS Business Support, customers on Enterprise On-Ramp have access to Architectural Guidance, Cloud Operations Review, Cost Optimization, and Infrastructure Event Management delivered by a pool of Technical Account Managers.
