Amazon Connect Cases now supports uploading attachments to a case, enabling agents to have the information they need at their fingertips in order to resolve cases. Attaching files to a case helps ensure your agents don’t lose track of critical context and information for a customer issue, improving agent productivity and customer satisfaction.
You can upload files such as documents, images, and videos to a case and access them from the case at any time. For example, if a customer sends you a copy of their policy document for a claims issue, you can upload the document to the case, making it readily accessible during follow-up conversations with the customer or for other agents working that case.
Amazon Connect Cases is available in the following [AWS Regions](https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/global-infrastructure/regional-product-services/): US East (N. Virginia), US-West (Oregon), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Canada (Central), Europe (Frankfurt), and Europe (London).
