## Fix The issue that [you cannot get the status of a long-running operation for a spoke without the networkconnectivity.operations.get IAM permission in the spoke project](https://cloud.google.com/network-connectivity/docs/network-connectivity-center/release-notes#August%5F08%5F2023) is now resolved. The new API and `gcloud` commands are documented on the [Review proposed VPC spokes](https://cloud.google.com/network-connectivity/docs/network-connectivity-center/how-to/vpc-review-proposed-spokes#accept%5Fa%5Fspoke%5Fproposal) page. The previous API methods and `gcloud` commands are now deprecated.
