Today, we are excited to introduce a new management action for AWS Migration Hub, giving the ability to change the AWS Region used to store discovery and migration planning information.
AWS Migration Hub home Region provides a single repository for your entire migration portfolio regardless of the migrating application’s target Region or account. This includes all of the inventory discovered with AWS Application Discovery Service (ADS), Amazon EC2 or migration strategy recommendations, and migration process tracking statuses set by linked services like AWS Application Migration Service (MGN) and AWS Database Migration Service (DMS).
Theses new capabilities are available in all [AWS Regions](https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/global-infrastructure/regional-product-services/) where AWS Migration Hub is available.
To learn more about AWS Migration Hub, please see our [user guide](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/migrationhub/latest/ug/whatishub.html). For more information on using the new management actions via the AWS SDK or CLI, please see the [API reference](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/migrationhub-home-region/latest/APIReference/Welcome.html).
