Today, [Amazon Simple Email Service](https://aws.amazon.com/ses/) (SES) extended the duration during which customers can access their engagement metrics in the Virtual Deliverability Manager dashboard. Now customers can see delivery and engagement rates for up to 60 days prior, helping customers monitor sending performance and troubleshoot unexpected drops in delivery and engagement rates. This extra history makes it easier to identify trends, compare unusual events with a broader baseline, and reduce the timing dependencies for identifying problems requiring investigation.
Previously, SES' Virtual Deliverability Manager provided a history of delivery and engagement rates for 30 days. Now customers can get these same insights for a full 60 days, making it easier to monitor and troubleshoot email campaign success. Virtual Deliverability Manager also makes it easy to find individual emails, with search by sender, send date, delivery status, subject line, and open and click status. Email search continues to offer access to the last 30 days of email history.
SES supports a 60 day metric history in Virtual Deliverability Manager in all [AWS regions](https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/global-infrastructure/regional-product-services/) where SES is available.
For more information, see the documentation for the [Virtual Deliverability Manager](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/vdm-dashboard.html#dash-msgs) dashboard.
