[AWS Database Migration Service (AWS DMS)](https://aws.amazon.com/dms/) now supports [Amazon Timestream](https://aws.amazon.com/timestream/), as a target endpoint. With this new support, you can securely migrate your time series data to Amazon Timestream, where you can store, process, and derive business insights cost-effectively.
AWS DMS supports both full load and Change Data Capture (CDC) modes to migrate time series data to Amazon Timestream. Full load migration copies all of the data from the source database to Amazon Timestream. CDC migration copies only the data that has changed since the last migration.
To migrate your time series data to Amazon Timestream, you can use the AWS DMS console, AWS CLI, or AWS SDKs. To learn more, refer to [using Amazon Timestream as a target for AWS DMS](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/dms/latest/userguide/CHAP%5FTarget.Timestream.html).
