Today, Amazon Web Services (AWS) announces an expanded portfolio of proactive benefits for AWS Partners that leverage the extensive cloud expertise of AWS Support. Participating partners will enhance their customers’ experience using new tools and receive the benefit of scalable pricing, and will have the opportunity to showcase _Backed by AWS Support_ to help customers easily identify partners who offer AWS Partner-Led Support.
This release enables partners to accelerate customer issue resolution with secure access to many of the diagnostic tools used by AWS Support. They receive ongoing training, collaboration from AWS specialist Technical Account Managers (TAMs), 24/7 access to AWS experts, a 15-minute case response time for high severity issues, and a concierge service to address partner specific account and billing needs. These capabilities empower partners to offer a higher level of support to their customers with confidence.
AWS Partner-Led Support is available in all AWS Regions.
AWS Partners can find more information about Partner-Led Support on [AWS Partner Central](https://partnercentral.awspartner.com/SolutionProviderSupport) under the AWS Solution Provider Program. Learn more about [Partner-Led Support](https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/partner-led-support/).
