[Amazon Keyspaces (for Apache Cassandra)](https://aws.amazon.com/keyspaces/) is a scalable, serverless, highly available, and fully managed Apache Cassandra-compatible database service that offers 99.999% availability. Amazon Keyspaces now supports provisioned capacity mode for [Multi-Region Replication](https://aws.amazon.com/keyspaces/multi-region-replication/) tables. With provisioned mode, you can specify the number of reads and writes per second that you need for your application. You can also use auto scaling with provisioned mode to automatically adjust your table’s capacity based on the specified utilization rate to ensure application performance while reducing costs. Provisioned mode is most cost-effective for workloads with stable and predictable load. You can create a multi-region keyspace with just a few clicks on the [Amazon Keyspaces Management Console](https://console.aws.amazon.com/keyspaces) or download the latest AWS SDK or CLI. For more information on how to get started, see our [documentation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/keyspaces/latest/devguide/multiRegion-replication.html). For full pricing and regional availability see Amazon Keyspaces [pricing](https://aws.amazon.com/keyspaces/pricing/). If you are new to Amazon Keyspaces, the [getting started guide](https://aws.amazon.com/keyspaces/getting-started/) will show you how to quickly provision a keyspace and explore the query capabilities and scaling capabilities of Amazon Keyspaces.
