[AWS Lambda](https://aws.amazon.com/lambda/) functions powered by AWS Graviton2 processors are now available in the AWS GovCloud (US) Regions. With up to 34% better price-performance, functions running on AWS Graviton are ideal for powering mission critical Serverless applications. AWS Lambda functions on AWS Graviton2, using an Arm-based processor architecture, are designed to deliver improved performance at 20% lower cost for a variety of Serverless workloads, such as web and mobile backends, data, and media processing. Customers can configure existing x86-based functions to target the AWS Graviton processor or create new functions powered by AWS Graviton using the [Console](https://console.aws.amazon.com/lambda), [API](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/API%5FReference.html), [AWS CloudFormation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/Welcome.html) and [AWS CDK](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cdk/api/latest/docs/aws-lambda-readme.html). For more information on getting started with Arm-based AWS Lambda functions, please refer to this [blog post](https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/compute/migrating-aws-lambda-functions-to-arm-based-aws-graviton2-processors/).
