Internal passthrough Network Load Balancer now supports load-balancing for TCP, UDP, ICMP, ICMPv6, SCTP, ESP, AH, and GRE protocols

## Feature Internal passthrough Network Load Balancer now supports load-balancing for TCP, UDP, ICMP, ICMPv6, SCTP, ESP, AH, and GRE protocols. To handle multiple protocol traffic, you set the load balancer's forwarding rule protocol to `L3_DEFAULT` and set the backend service protocol to `UNSPECIFIED`.
