[Amazon Connect Contact Lens](https://aws.amazon.com/connect/contact-lens/) now provides support for personally identifiable information (PII) redaction in the Spanish (US) language, enabling contact centers to help identify and redact sensitive information on contact transcripts such as social security numbers, credit card details, bank account information, and personal contact information (i.e. name, email address, phone number, and mailing address).
PII redaction for Spanish (US) language is available in all [regions](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/regions.html#contactlens%5Fregion) where Contact Lens conversational analytics is supported.
