## Announcement A new Cloud Composer release has started on **July 17, 2024**. Get ready for upcoming changes and features as we roll out the new release to all regions. This release is in progress at the moment. Listed changes and features might not be available in some regions yet. ## Feature **Airflow 2.9.1** is available in Cloud Composer images and builds. We recommend checking the list of changes in [Apache Airflow release notes](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/release%5Fnotes.html) before upgrading to this version. ## Change _(Airflow 2.9.1)_ Task context logging is disabled, and it is not possible to enable it. ## Change _(Airflow 2.9.1)_ Raw HTML code in DAG docs and DAG parameter descriptions is disabled by default. ## Change _(Airflow 2.9.1)_ Audit log permissions are revoked from all roles except `Admin`. ## Change The `apache-airflow-providers-google` package was upgraded to version 10.21.0 in Cloud Composer 2 images with Airflow 2.7.3 and 2.9.1, and in all latest Cloud Composer 3 builds. All Cloud Composer 3 builds with Airflow 2.7.3 are supported until July 17, 2025. ## Deprecate Cloud Composer version 2.3.4 has reached its [end of support period](https://cloud.google.com/composer/docs/concepts/versioning/composer-versioning-overview#version-deprecation-and-support).
