## Change Hyperdisks for Dataproc clusters are now created with default throughput and IOPS. When this behavior becomes configurable, it will be announced in a future release note. ## Change Added support for N4 and C4 machine types for [Dataproc image versions 2.1 and above](https://cloud.google.com/dataproc/docs/concepts/versioning/dataproc-version-clusters#supported-dataproc-image-versions). The following default configurations are now applied to clusters created with N4 or C4 machine types: * `bootdisktype = "hyperdisk-balanced"` * `nictype = "gvnic"` ## Breaking When a Cluster, Job, AutoscalingPolicy, or WorkflowTemplate API resource does not exist and the requestor does not have access to the project, a 403 error code is now issued instead of a 404 error code.
