The Resolve JSON Path data transformer function is now available

## Feature The [Resolve JSON Path ](https://cloud.google.com/application-integration/docs/reference/data-transformer-reference/json-functions-reference#resolve-json-path) data transformer function is now available. This function resolves a JSON path on a given JSON object by using the `JSONPath` reference.
