**End of life:** On October 31, 2024, SLES 12 SP5 and SLES 12 SP5 for SAP are reaching end of life and the images will be deprecated on Google Cloud. If you use SLES 12 SP5 or SLES 12 SP5 for SAP images in your project, review [Long Term Service Support Pack (LTSS) options](https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/images/premium/sles-faq#ltss).
