Azure Health Data Services’ de-identification service empowers organizations to securely de-identify clinical data while preserving its clinical relevance and adhering to the strict standards of the HIPAA privacy rule. The service uses natural language processing techniques to find and label, redact, or surrogate Protected Health Information (PHI) in unstructured text, including discharge summaries, clinical notes, clinical trials, messages, and more.
