## Announcement Managed Cloud Service Mesh with the Traffic Director control plane now supports [configuring the network topology](https://istio.io/latest/docs/ops/configuration/traffic-management/network-topologies/#configuring-network-topologies) to use `X-Forwarded-For` and `X-Forwarded-Client-Cert` headers by MeshConfig or annotations of workloads.
