## Feature Spanner supports the following new client-side metrics to the Spanner API frontend (AFE) and Google frontend (GFE) for Java and Go applications: * AFE connectivity error count * AFE latencies * GFE connectivity error count * GFE latencies These metrics can be used with server-side metrics to enable faster troubleshooting of performance and latency issues.
