Amazon Connect now supports configuration of email address aliases

Share

Services

Amazon Connect now lets you configure aliases for email addresses, so customers see trusted identities when sending or receiving messages, helping maintain a consistent brand experience and simplify email management. For example, when forwarding a customer-facing address such as support@company.com to an address in Amazon Connect, you can configure an alias to ensure customers continue to see support@company.com as the sender. Amazon Connect Email is available in the US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Africa (Cape Town), Asia Pacific (Seoul), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Canada (Central), Europe (Frankfurt), and Europe (London) [regions](https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/global-infrastructure/regional-product-services/).
