Public Preview: Azure NetApp Files Elastic zone-redundant service level

Azure NetApp Files Elastic ZRS provides consistent performance for metadata-heavy workloads across VMs and containers, making it well suited for AI, analytics, and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
