You can now enable Advanced Query Insights on primary clusters

## Change Change You can now enable [Advanced Query Insights on primary clusters](https://docs.cloud.google.com/alloydb/docs/cross-region-replication/work-with-cross-region-replication#secondary-cluster-instance)which have secondary clusters configured. Advanced Query Insights is not supported on secondary clusters. If you perform a switchover, you must re-enable Advanced Query Insights on the new primary cluster.
