Backup vault support for Filestore instances encrypted with customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) is now generally available (GA)

## Feature Feature Backup vault support for Filestore instances encrypted with customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) is now generally available (GA). When you back up Filestore instances to a CMEK-enabled backup vault, the backups are encrypted using the backup vault CMEK key.
