Retirement: Azure Communication Services (ACS) standalone services will be retired on September 30, 2028

Microsoft will retire several standalone Azure Communication Services (ACS) offerings on September 30, 2028\. After this date, the affected services will no longer be available. **Details** Beginning September 30, 2028, the following ACS services will be retired and will no longer function: * Email * SMS * Advanced Messaging with WhatsApp * Chat * Chat for Teams Meeting Interop * Rooms * Number Management (Direct Offer) * Direct Routing * Job Router * Web UI Library SDK * Mobile UI Library SDK Several ACS services will also undergo breaking changes.
