General Availability: Azure API Management

[API Management](https://azure.microsoft.com/apim), the service that launched in public preview on May 12, 2014, is generally available. The [Azure API Management REST API Reference](https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=507408) automates API management operations and integrates API management with other services. Use [Delegation](https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=507648) to control user sign-in, sign-up, and product subscription management operations.Updates to the Developer Portal (via OAuth-enabled APIs) include support for voice recognition and the addition of 10 new languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Chinese.We also enabled full backup and restore of API Management services, improving disaster recovery and business continuity options for our customers.For more information, visit the [API Management webpage](https://aka.ms/apimdocs).
