Azure Backup available in new regions

Azure Backup is now available in five new regions, covering all the non-government US regions and Brazil. These new regions are:
* Central US
* North Central US
* South Central US
* East US2
* Brazil South
With this new region expansion, Azure Backup is available in 17 regions worldwide.
