Automation: Run As account

Services
You can create an Azure Run As account (service principal) from the Azure portal. When you create a new Automation account in the Azure portal, it automatically creates a new service principal and assigns it the Contributor role-based access control (RBAC) role in the subscription by default. This helps you to quickly start building and deploying runbooks to support your automation needs.By using a Run As account, you can:
* Provide a standardized way to authenticate with Azure when you're managing Azure Resource Manager resources by using runbooks.
* Automate the use of global runbooks configured in Azure alerts.
To learn more about creating the Run As account via both the Azure portal and Azure PowerShell, see [Authenticate Runbooks with Azure Run As account](https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/automation-sec-configure-azure-runas-account/).
