Visual Studio 2017 tools for Azure Functions

These tools will be available as an extension to Visual Studio 2017 Update 3 Preview allowing developers to create precompiled C# class libraries and deploy them as Azure Functions. These new capabilities will enable code written for Azure Functions to be treated as any other code written in Visual Studio. Developers will be able to leverage third-party extensions, testing frameworks, continuous integration systems and more to seamlessly integrate Azure Function development into their normal development routines.
