Azure Data Catalog enhanced permissions

Recent updates have added new capabilities to the Standard Edition of Azure Data Catalog to give Data Catalog administrators more control over allowed operations on catalog metadata. New capabilities include: * Catalog administrators can restrict users’ ability to contribute tags and related metadata to the catalog, enabling read-only access to the catalog. * Catalog administrators can restrict users’ ability to register new data sources in the catalog. * Catalog administrators can restrict users’ ability to take ownership of data asset metadata in the catalog. * Permissions can be granted to Azure Active Directory security groups and users for ease of permissions management.
