New region for App Service on Linux and Web App for Containers

We [announced ](https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/general-availability-of-app-service-on-linux-and-web-app-for-containers/)the general availability of Azure App Service on Linux and Web App for Containers in September 2017\. Today, we’re expanding the selection of regions where you can create the service. You can now create an App Service plan for Linux in the following region: Australia Southeast.
