Azure Database Migration Service: March update

The latest update to the public preview of [Azure Database Migration Service](https://aka.ms/get-dms) includes support for on-premises migrations from SQL Server to [Azure SQL Database Managed Instance](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/sql-database/sql-database-managed-instance). Azure Database Migration Service reduces the complexity of cloud migrations via the use of a single, comprehensive service. The service supports migrations of homogeneous/heterogeneous source-target pairs. The guided migration process is easy to understand and implement.
