Upload/download Azure dashboards

You can now download an existing Azure dashboard in the same JSON format that you can use to [programmatically create dashboards](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/azure-portal-dashboards-create-programmatically) by calling Azure Resource Manager APIs. Previously, you had to use a separate tool like Azure Resource Explorer to get this data.
You can also upload a dashboard file in the same format, to import a dashboard created by you or someone who has shared it with you.
Both of these capabilities are available directly on the dashboard via one click:
