Apply themes to Power BI Embedded dashboards

In Power BI Embedded, you can now embed dashboards that include themes,similarly to report themes. With [dashboard themes](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-dashboard-themes), you can apply a color theme to the dashboard that your users consume.
