Service Bus Standard Base Unit name change

On 1 June 2019, the unit of measure for the Azure Service Bus Standard Base Unit Germany resource GUID (also known as meter ID) will change. There won’t be a pricing impact from this change, but you will need to modify billing routines that rely on names.
