[Azure Data Box Disk](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/databox/data-box-disk-overview) is now available in the East Asia (Hong Kong) region. This is in addition to the other Azure regions where [Data Box Disk is already available](https://aka.ms/databoxdiskgablog) – US, EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Azure Government (US). See the [region availability](https://aka.ms/dbdiskavailability) page for more information. Data Box Disk is an SSD disk-based option for offline data transfer to Azure. It’s ideal for a recurring or one-time data migration of up to 40 TB to Azure and is especially well suited for data migration from multiple remote or branch offices. As part of the service offering, we’ll send you encrypted SSD disks with a USB 3.1/SATA II/III interface for secure data transfer and provide forward/return delivery to our data centre. Data Box Disk supports ingestion across various storage types such as GPv1, GPv2, Azure Blob storage and destinations such as block blobs, page blobs, Azure Files and Azure Managed Disks. See [more information](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/databox/data-box-disk-overview).
