Autodesk Arnold Service meter ID changes

From 1 March 2020, the price and meter IDs of Autodesk Arnold Service will change. Instead of pricing on a per core basis, there will be a flat per virtual machine price of USD 0.66/hour to run Arnold on Azure Batch.
