Two new extensions for Visual Studio Code are now available that make it easier to work with Azure:
* Use the new [Azure Virtual Machines extension](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-azuretools.vscode-azurevirtualmachines) to quickly create Linux Ubuntu Virtual Machines (VMs) on Azure with pre-configured SSH access. In addition to connecting to those VMs via SSH, you can also use the [Remote-SSH extension](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-vscode-remote.remote-ssh) to connect and use your VMs for remote development with Visual Studio Code.
* Use the new [Azure Resource Groups extension](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-azuretools.vscode-azureresourcegroups) to explore all of your Azure resources without leaving Visual Studio Code. Quickly navigate to a resource in the Azure view for more specific actions (such as deploy, stop/start).
